My whole visit here was excellent. Jason, the dental hygienist, was thorough and very detail oriented. He explained everything he was doing through my appointment and made me feel at ease. Dr. Ma is extremely friendly, kind and thorough. Her ability to utilize simple analogies to explain things about my oral health to me, recommending necessary treatments without feeling like I was being pushed, while still maintaining professionalism is on a caliber that is unmatched to dentists I have had before. Pacific Sky Dental is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I came in for teeth whitening, and the results were amazing—several shades brighter in just one visit. The staff explained the process clearly and checked on me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. The office itself is spotless and modern, with TVs above the chairs to help pass the time. They also gave me aftercare instructions that were easy to follow. I’ve already booked my next cleaning with them. Jason the Dental Hygienist was great with excellent customer service: very respectful and explaining entire procedure. The Provider who explained upcoming procedure was also great and answered all needed questions and explained priorities of procedure beneficial to patient. I feel so glad that I found this dentist clinic in Daly City (Very close to San Francisco) a year ago. Each of staffs is friendly and professional, especially dentist Dr. Ma and hygienist Jason! Easy insurance and appointment scheduling. No wait time and always on schedule. The clinic has 6 rooms for patients, and each room is so clean, organized and comfortable.
